From Saturday 26th April, to Sunday 27th April, join us at the stunning Down Hall Hotel& Spa in Essex for a unique overnight retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, embrace new beginnings, and let go of what no longer serves you.

What to expect…
Experience a transformative retreat designed to help you disconnect from external distractions and reconnect with your true self.
Day 1 begins with a warm welcome, offering you the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals. Gudiya will introduce the weekend with an inspiring talk to set intentions for your journey. After a short break, you'll participate in a mindful meditation and breathwork session to center yourself.
Next, immerse yourself in a silent grounding walk, allowing nature to guide you into a peaceful state of presence. A nourishing lunch will follow, prepared with care to energise you for the afternoon.
In the afternoon, engage in a powerful Coaching Workshop where you'll reflect on what is no longer serving you. Through this introspective practice, you'll gain clarity and begin the process of release.
In the evening we will have a relaxing sound bath experience. After dinner, the group will gather around a glowing bonfire for a cacao ceremony.
Day 2 begins with an option for an early sunrise yoga session or a 7:00 am yoga practice followed by Breakfast.
The retreat will conclude with a closing talk from Gudiya, leaving you inspired to create a foundation of lasting change and carry the experience forward into your everyday life. Checkout will be at 11:00 am.
