Meet Gudiya Patel

Gudiya Patel, the founder of Just Be... has dedicated her life to wellness, mindfulness, and holistic health. With over 15 years of experience and certifications in clinical nutrition, transformational coaching, mindfulness, and wellness, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work.

Gudiya’s passion for wellness was sparked in childhood, inspired by her father, who completed an ND in naturopathic medicine in 1985. This early influence shaped her lifelong commitment to making conscious, positive lifestyle choices rooted in naturopathic and Ayurvedic philosophies.

Having faced personal trauma and overcome significant obstacles in her own life, Gudiya deeply understands the challenges others may be going through. Her journey has not only strengthened her ability to heal but has also given her the tools to help others navigate their own paths to wellness with empathy and insight.

In addition to founding Just Be… Gudiya is the owner of a multi award-winning aesthetic clinic, where she has been empowering women to love themselves inside and out for over 17 years. She also conducts meditation sessions and wellness consultations, guiding women to reconnect with their inner selves and live in harmony with their authentic power.
